How to reach out to the event organizer with any questions or anything

To find the organizer contact info, go to the event page and you should see their contact info below. Or you can click their name to go to their organizer page, where you can find the contact button to email them.

Common situations to contact the event organizer:

  • Questions about the event

  • Request for refund

  • Need to update your information after you've registered for your ticket

On Simpli Events you have two options for contacting the event organizer.

The first way is to click one of the social icons under their name and message them directly on their social media. This is a great way to reach out if the event organizer is active on social media.

The second way is by clicking the Contact button under their name. You can then draft your message in the contact form that opens up. Hitting "Send" will email the event organizer on your behalf, then the event organizer can reach out to you via email to answer your question.

Where can I find the event organizers email

We don't expose the event organizers email publicly to protect their email from web scrappers and other malicious actors. If you want to email the event organizer use the above mentioned contact form and we will email them on your behalf.

I've reached out to the event organizer, but haven't heard back

How fast you get a response is entirely dependant on the event organizer themselves. You can try reaching out to Simpli Events via our chat widget but note that we can only you help with matter pertaining to our platform. If you have questions about the event you're attending or want to change your ticket information, you will need to get in touch with the event organizer.
