Customizing Your Email Notifications when a Customer Places an Order

By default, you'll receive an email notification each time someone places an order for your event. However, you can customize these notifications to better suit your preferences.

  • You can change your notification settings within your profile. Access your profile settings by clicking your profile icon, usually located at the top right of the page.

  • Instead of individual order emails, you can choose to receive email summaries of orders for your event. These summaries can be sent daily, weekly, monthly, or not at all, depending on your selection.
